How long does it take to process a claim?

Once they've been submitted by a provider, claims take about 3-4 weeks to process. Keep in mind: depending on their contract, providers have 6-12 months to submit claims. If you don't see your claim on your activity page in a timely manner, it's best to reach out to your provider and double check that your claim was submitted with the correct insurance information.
